Mr. Lepak is a senior associate at Trope and Trope, handling all aspects of family law cases since 1992. He was the founding partner of Bennett & Lepak, LLP from 1992 to 2002 were he practiced family law and civil litigation, and was associated for three years with a competing family law firm in Los Angeles. Mr. Lepak was selected by his fellow bar members for inclusion in Los Angeles Magazine’s “Super Lawyers Southern California 2005-2006." In 2005, he was a panel speaker for the LACB Family Law Program, “Family Law 101". He has given lectures to business and attorney groups on, among other things, child support in high wage earner cases and fiduciary duties owed between spouses.

Education

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1984 with a BA in Behavioral Science and Law, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1987.
